Rachel is insulting me and no one else just to be perfectly clear on a website that makes absolutely no difference.
So I am attempting to de-stress during the finals/comp exams season by re-watching every single episode of 30 Rock and making note of every single time they say “shut it down”, with the name and number of the episode, who says it, the context, and around how many minutes into the episode it happens.
I am about half way through season 3 and there are already seven instances.
This is a good use of my time, I promise.
